Two villages on the Credit River and the hills around them
Horse country in the hills: Erin's equestrian farms roll toward the escarpment, and its fall fair tradition reaches back to the 1850s. Village shops, country estates, and big skies. The Town of Erin takes in Erin Village and Hillsburgh, with the hamlets of Ballinafad, Ospringe, Brisbane, Cedar Valley, Orton and Crewson's Corners in the countryside around them. Erin Village grew up around its mills on the Credit River, and Hillsburgh keeps its mill ponds and heritage buildings along Trafalgar Road. Most homes in both villages were built before 1981, and the countryside has country properties on the side roads. The 2021 census counted about 4,400 homes in the town, about nine in ten of them single detached houses.

“Dave was recommended to us by friends. We asked Dave to do an evaluation of our house so we would have an idea of a price range for the new house. We were pleased with the evaluation and felt it was realistic. Dave listened to our checklist of our needs and wants and the area we wanting to move to. He was very thorough and didn’t miss any details pertaining to the properties we looked at. He never pushed us to increase our budget. We purchased and sold our house in an uncertain market. We are very pleased with the outcome. Dave is an HONEST and kind real-estate agent who goes over and above! We highly recommend him to everyone! Thank you Dave, we are very happy.”
A calm hand in a big decision.
