Three villages and the farm country south-east of Woodstock
Norwich Township stretches from Woodstock's southern edge toward Highway 3, with Norwich Village at its centre, Otterville on Otter Creek to the south, Burgessville on Oxford Road 59 to the north, and the farms and hamlets of the old East Oxford, North Norwich and South Norwich townships. Quaker settlers founded Norwich in 1811, and Otterville's 1845 mill still runs on water power. The 2021 census counted 3,761 homes in the township, more than nine in ten of them single detached houses.

“my situation was a little unique as I was trying to fulfill due diligence with selling a family members house. always a tough place to be, right?! I met with three different ones and to be honest no one else was in the running after meeting Dave. I picked Dave based on his personality being right for my aunt. due to health problems her anxiety was higher and she was overwhelmed with big life changes so she needed dave. you'll understand when you meet him! I knew I was right when he went to the hospital to meet her and he made her feel so secure and safe and trusting. he was fantastic through the whole process. then I find out along the way that not only is the right guy ...he also gets the right results! he set expectations really well ..but for us he exceeded them! did I mention that I had a migraine on final day so he made the time in his schedule to coddle my parents and aunt since the tech girl was unable to do a zoom call? yeah...a unique situation and couldnt be happier with dave and his office staff! ive had negative real estate experiences in the past so have been wary of real estate...dave deserves the best reviews and gave me faith back!”
A calm hand in a big decision.
