“Dave is clearly an expert - he helped us sift through hundreds of listings, taught us what to look out for when walking through a house, and patiently helped us hone in on exactly what we wanted. He was honest and didn't sugar coat things. He was kind and warm with our son, who accompanied many open houses. Thank you Dave for helping us buy our first home!”
A calm hand in a big decision.
