Villages and farm country between Ingersoll and Tillsonburg
South-West Oxford Township runs from the Thames River south to the Elgin and Norfolk lines, between Ingersoll, Woodstock and Tillsonburg. Beachville, on the Thames, is one of Oxford's earliest settlements and the home of one of the earliest recorded baseball games in North America, and Mount Elgin sits on Highway 19 halfway between Ingersoll and Tillsonburg. Sweaburg, Salford and Brownsville are small villages among the farms. The 2021 census counted 2,616 homes in the township, more than nine in ten of them single detached houses.

“As first time home buyers, we thought buying a home would be overwhelming. However, from our first initial meeting with Dave Maund our experience was definitely the opposite! Dave is very professional and really took the extra time to listen and understand our needs. Dave was in constant communication with us throughout the process. He provided us with many options in houses and ensured all of our questions were answered. He is very passionate and truly wants his clients to enjoy the home buying process. We both work different schedules and Dave was very flexible to ensure we did not miss any opportunity. We are extremely lucky to continue to work with Dave for future property projects. We are currently living our house that checked off all of the boxes within our price range. Dave goes the extra mile to ensure we got the best value. We would highly recommend Dave if you're ready to buy/sell and work with someone that is 100 percent on your team. Thanks Dave Maund for your continued hard work!!”
